Evidence over assumption
Supplier descriptions need exact model references. A certificate, test report or warranty must identify its issuer, scope and relevant equipment; we do not present supplier documents as our own credentials.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.

An independent procurement role
Our role begins with the buyer's agricultural requirement. We help organize specifications and potential factory replies; we are an independent sourcing partner, and product manufacturing, warranties and quoted obligations belong to the parties named in the final agreement.
Write the field task, tractor information, attachment type, quantity and destination. Record measurements and document revisions so later changes can be traced. An unanswered interface question stays visible rather than becoming an assumed specification.
Ask potential manufacturers to identify the exact quoted configuration and all departures from the brief. Request drawings, included parts, maintenance instructions and the basis for lead time. A published product family does not prove that a particular supplier can provide the required model.
Compare common scope, then review alternatives, exclusions and optional services. Buyers retain the purchase decision. Samples, inspection, logistics and commissioning need a defined responsible party and written agreement before they are treated as included work.

Compare the same quantity, currency, packing and delivery scope. A lower equipment price may require more adapters, inspection or local preparation, so optional items remain visible in the comparison.
Budget, finish, customization and support expectations help frame alternatives. A high-end or budget preference is useful context, but it does not certify supplier quality or establish compatibility.
These illustrated role cards explain responsibilities; they are not named staff profiles or evidence of a supplier team.

Confirms the farm task, intended operator, tractor information, available measurements and purchasing priorities.

Keeps questions, revisions, comparable scope and open exclusions together for buyer review.

Confirms its own model details, drawings, manufacturing scope and proposed contractual terms.
Check issue date, revision and equipment reference. Compliance requirements depend on the exact product, intended use and US destination. No certification badges or manufacturer relationships are implied by this checklist.
A written brief comes first
Tell us the attachment type and what needs to be resolved. Confirmed facts, open questions and buyer preferences give the comparison a useful starting point.
